Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ATeesCo. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth refund and return process. Please carefully read our policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures.

Cancellations

  • All order cancellations must be submitted within one hour from the time your order was placed.
  • A 4% fee will be charged for processing the payment/reimbursement.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase, or verified order number.
  • ATeesCo does not refund or accept returns on customized items, unless you were sent the wrong item or there was a mis-print error.

Make sure to purchase the right size based on the size chart provide for each individual item. We can’t exchange or accept returns for items that don’t fit well. Check the size charts on each item, and they’ll tell you if they run small or fit normal. Keep in mind, some women’s clothes run small on purpose for a snug fit.

Refund, Credit, and Replacement Conditions

ATeesCo will grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product only under the following circumstances:

  • Misprinted product.
  • Damaged product (excluding damages during delivery).
  • Product not matching the fulfillment information (e.g., incorrect or misplaced printed image, wrong size, color, or type, etc.).

To request a refund, credit, or replacement, visit our Return/Exchange Request page and provide your information. We will need your Order Number, along with at least one image of the damage or incorrect item.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at with or e-mail support@gmp.wig.mybluehost.me:

  • We will need your Order Number and Date or Purchase.
  • Include Name on Purchase, Reason for Return/Refund, along with Image(s) of the damage or incorrect item received.
  • We will provide further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@ATeesCo.com.
